The guard rail is done!!!! The condition has been met! We can move forward to close on the house next week. Rob & J.D., our seller, built it together. They had it up in a few hours with one little mess up when the top rail was not level. But they were able to pull the spindles out and re-nail them. All checked out level and to code. We all breathed a sigh of relief. We give God all the glory!Here are some photos of the guard rail...
