Moving Forward...

Okay, first an update regarding the insurance stuff. We have been informed by both Steph & Mia that they have the corrected binder and is moving forward. Steph, our loan processor, says she has gotten the loan back from the underwriters. She is waiting only now for the House Key Plus loan underwriter (they are providing the down payment assistance). Steph said to Jen, our agent, that she expects the House Key loan to be in hand tomorrow. Then she said "Next is getting everything over to Escrow. That is what we have been waiting for! Escrow! Yay! We're getting really close now to closing on our first home. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers. We will continue to keep you all up to date, as we move forward along this journey to owning our first home. SDG LN
